What is the latest news about the expanded can release/distribution?

Green Flash is going to brew supplemental beer for Alpine, but no word on canning yet. They are still "talking" to Cold Spring, but that doesn't mean much at this stage.

I'd love to see them start canning via Ballast Point or Pizza Port's new facility. I think there's a market for a local dedicated contract canning facility too.

The Cold Spring deal hasn't been finalized unless it occurred behind the scenes.

The way I read it, Green Flash is only going to be putting beer in kegs as of now. This will mostly be bar/restaurant expansion, I presume - O'Brien's will still be getting their kegs from the mountain, and I presume that will be the case with Toronado and Hamilton's as well.

Last time I was at Alpine, they had a Cold Spring can on their shelf next to all the other old beer cans and bottles. It was like a little Alpine easter egg.

    It's a demo/promotional model, at this point.
This is what's true/known so far.

Thread hijack: is it just me or does the most recent Alpine O'Briens 19/10 taste like Fruity Pebbles?
