I did not know that - thank you, UnknownKoger.

I'm weary of posting images because I've been adminspanked in the past for it.

Well over half my posts are dickish - that essentially is a redundant thing to say.

I see you all over this place every time I log on but that post was dickish even for you. I'm with it though. Glad to see some passion and some jabbing at others.

Well I know of a couple of guys that did just that last year and they can no longer buy bottles there. They can get an occasional growler fill, but that's about it.

Are their memories that good, or do they keep a set of mug shots around?

I could see Alpine as the beer ****'s. "No beer for you, one year!"

Well that's incredibly shitty of Alpine. As a brewery, if you're going to have quality control issues, it sure as hell isn't the customer's fault.

Welp, now I remember why I don't go to Expo releases any more. How it ended up taking 3 hours wait in line to get two bottles and a growler fill, I do not know.

By memory. I don't see any pics in there, but have been in there when the guy in the brewery tells someone you're not getting any bottles but you can get growlers.

All three bottles of Duet I bought last Saturday were the same way. I just poured carefully and let any remnants settle to the bottom of the glass and it was no problem. One I forgot about and just drank the stuff at the bottom of the glass, LOL. They still tasted awesome.

Duet seems to be the one they have trouble with though, last year I got 4 bottles that were flat. I have yet to have a problem with Nelson or Pure Hoppiness, though it probably happens.

Just had a bottle of Duet that I bought last Saturday and same result as you…second pour was undrinkable. I'm very disappointed.

In their last Facebook post they were very innocuous. They said Duet was off the board in their pub.

Anyone else notice this with the recent EH release? Went on thursday and opened my first bottle last night. Noticed the extras inside while pouring and checked the other three in the fridge...same story.

Still have about 1/4 inch of "beer" left in the bottle too.

Whether or not they would be as good if they made twice as much is debatable. One reason I think some breweries, and businesses in general, remain committed to being small and maintaining tighter QC.
