    Yea. So sad to see the huge increase in $$'s at abc. I was ready to make the road trip on Sunday but last minute emergency came up. Bad Boy growler fill was around 17-18 back in the day. I figured it would of been $8 per bottle. Alpine used to be the best deal going for bottles and growler fills. Everything has increased in $$'s at abc.

    $12 a bottle is expensive, but it was for "classic" Alpine. Even at 50% for the regular Green Flash made Alpine bottles ( Duet, Pure Hoppiness & Willy Nilly), I had no interest in purchasing. I don't care what anyone else says, the stuff produced by GF is just not the same.

    When Alpine bottles, specifically Nelson, say "Best by 18 Jun 16" when was it actually bottled? Curious to what Alpine/GF is defining as th fresh window

    Alpine never needed to bottle date in the past as everything sold out within a week.

    I bought 12, probably should have bought 24. It will hold up awhile.

    Had a taster of nelson at green flash tonight. On a scale of 1 to OG alpine (10), I give it a 4.

    Also, they kicked everyone off the patio a half hour before closing, wtf? We went to ballast point after and ended up hanging out outside till a half hour AFTER they closed and no one bothered us. So close to boycotting..

    I've boycotted GF years ago when they changed up their recipes. Before brewing ABC beers. NO GF.....

    I stopped going to GF when they stopped making good beer, but will go back if they turn things around. But I boycotted Ballast Point when they sold to Big Beer...

    Last few times I was there what I was told is that if it is on the board without a * it is available for growler fill. B obviously means they have bottles. So

    * = draft pours only
    B = bottles available
    = anything goes

    Of course I do see that the prices were taken down, which seems odd.

    You can now get a bottle of Duet @ Mission Valley Costco. Never thought I would ever write that.

    This is drinking so good right now. I let these sit for a week or so. Beautiful hazy orange tropical fruit bomb.

    Cheers…….

    I had it, but did not think it was anything special. Glad I only got a half-pint and not a crowler/growler. A tad spicy, but not overwhelming. Looking forward to trying Tuatara though.

    Hey Bud. I don't remember Bad Boy being hazy like that. It was always clear and beautiful tasting. But that does look good. $12 per bottle? I don't know....

    Same. Whenever it was on tap it was clear.
