I traded an Oso Scarlett Letter for an Alpine Great, but it was also apart of a massive trade deal were both parties send 12 pack wine shippers. So keep in mind it wasnt necessarily a 1:1 situation for the bottle.

That is correct. As far as what it takes to land one, you just have to come across the right person. I recently traded one away as part of a trade for some Avery BA brews. I have traded a few for beers that might wife and I really wanted to enjoy so it wasn't about rarity for rarity or anything like that. It's definitely a great beer. Hope you can find one!
