Anyone know where I can buy Alt bier glasses? All I have been able to find are Uerige glasses @ $10 each. That's more than I was looking to spend. I don't care if they have a logo on them or not. Thanks.

August Schell's used to sell Schmaltz's Alt glasses. You might be able to find some on the secondary market.

Diners are a great source of altbier glasses. :astonished:

Olde Mecklenburg's flagship beer is an Alt, and they sell glasses in their online shop: http://store.oldemeckbrew.com/omb-half-pint-glass.html. I have a set of 6 and use them for homebrewed Koelsch (as well as for most of my other brews, as I like the size and feel).

I always thought altbier glasses looked like ``Tom Collins'' glasses and that the latter would make a reasonably good substitute if I couldn't find the real thing.

I think any second hand shop would be a good place to start. Or wal-mart usually has Libbey glasses on sale at least once a month.

    Cheers!
