Recently had a nasty beer bottle explosion due to bottling from a keg and sucking up last of the yeast. I know, stupid and have already kicked myself. But question for all; anyone aware from who I might buy aluminum bottles much like the ones Bud lite 16 oz size puts out? I bought a 15 pack of Superbowl ones last week just so I could have the aluminum bottles but would prefer to buy empties with no labeling. And I wonder if they make them in 12 oz size? Would these type aluminum bottles be acceptable for competitions? Steve in Ky, (BOCK) and still a newbie after 5 years of home brewing..
