I can't find any info about them online other than this beer list, but sign me up for their orval lambic blends!
Ill be there, great fest, been the last few years. Uli is the blender, hes a great guy, very friendly and quirky. At Borefts fest he was having people do mixes of pours and I just trusted him and he came up some great concoctions. Hes done stuff with/for Drie Fonteinen and blends some amazing things. Last year he brought some delicious blends from 3F.
I'll be there too. As Don said, Uli is a great blender but also a great person. He is known by most Belgium brewers in person, who often are inspired by Uli's blends and ideas. Struise will release a pannepot with cherries based on Uli's original Kriek-Pannepot blend for example. As Armand once told me, Uli is a rising star and a living legend!
