Amarillo IPAs/DIPAs

    Hi guys, I'm a huge fan of amarillo hops and wondered what your favorite IPAs and DIPAs that feature amarillo are?

    Sculpin is a good one. I'm pretty sure there's a lot of Amarillo in there.

    Amarillo Brillo, a double IPA from Maumee Brewing Company in Toledo, Ohio is outstanding.

    Probably not what you're looking for, considering you're in Florida, but Hill Farmstead's Amarillo Single Hop IPA is AWESOME

    I really like when it's used in reds, like the aforementioned Reds Rye, plus Hop Head Red and Lagunitas Lucky 13. Love those beers. I'm actually in the middle of brewing a Belgian Red IPA that will be dry-hopped with amarillo.

    That homebrew sounds awesome...I usually go overboard with the amarillo on my beers, but I did a double dry-hopped tripel with amarillo/citra at around a 3/2 ratio...amazing.

    Flower Power has a lot of Amarillo characteristics. Also, check out Tank 7. Not an IPA, but tons of late and dry-hopping with Amarillo. Maybe the purest Amarillo character I've ever gotten from a beer.

    Rogue Yellow Snow. Single hopped w/Amarillo, and it's pretty damn tasty too....

    If you r in Southern California smog city brewing in Torrance makes a good IPA called Amarillo gorilla.
