I've been sitting on these since 2010 or so (whenever they were first released), and I haven't had one since it was fresh. Does anyone know how it's drinking?

I'd say they're pretty much ready to go. Struise beers tend to be pretty sturdy but I can't see them gaining get much more from another couple of years in the cellar.

I find that the best quads usually need 4 - 7 years on them to truly shine. I feel as if another year would be worthwhile, but I don't wanna pop one if anyone knows for sure they can do with a little bit more time.

Drinking solidly but wouldn’t recommend keeping much longer honestly. Felt like more time might push it into bad vintage / oxidation notes.
Had a fresh one on tap recently, think that the recipe changed quite a bit, might be interesting to open a new one alongside.
