Will be there in September for a wedding. Plan to do some sporting clays shooting and finding a place to drink craft beer. Any suggestions for a place to drink craft beer? The shotgunning I think I have in hand.
Several little places on the main street that have local offerings--esp near the little dock area. Recommend a local IPA : I-10 (after the freeway)--solid.
If you can duck out and get down to Jacksonville check out Aardwolf Brewing Company they have many great tap room offerings. You may find their Nonchalant IPA & Belgian IPA on tap in some spots but I'm not sure about on Amelia Island. In Jax you will also find Intuition Aleworks. Again great tap room offerings. On Aug 2 the will start selling their Imperial Stout - King St. Stout - in cans from their tap room. Jacksonville has some other great spots too. Definitely worth the trip down if you can get away!!
