Engine 15 is right up the street from Green Room. Lots of good stuff on tap and surprisingly good food!
There's some good restaurants in Amelia Island. It's more of an isolated resort "get me away from it all" richy-rich beach town. Cafe Karibo does some small batch brewing. Dining is anything from eclectic to fru-fru to ocean and roadside restaurants. Nothing so seriously great that i'd recommend any one over the other.
