    Thx so much for the posts/suggestions everyone! I defiantly wouldn't get anyone on DIPAs straight away. He was drinking a red ale the whole night. I tried one. Just awful but different strokes, different folks right? I don't want to get someone started on good old american strong flavored beers. Just mild and well put together.

    That is what I meant. I was just putting some Lawson in the fridge this morning and had that brewery on my mind.
