I'm just wondering what is the availability of Ananke? I've had a couple bottles and would like to get more.

I thought it was 3 or 4 bottles last year? Maybe @mattisloco can remember better than myself

I was out there yesterday and asked a staff member about Ananke Day. He wasn't really sure, but thought the big push for Freetail 2 had delayed a lot of their plans. Didn't even know if AD was happening in May like last year. Don't really like that, but the beer is worth waiting for, so that's somewhat of a consolation.

It was limit 4 last year, FYI

Look at it this way, FT2 will greatly increase their revenue to the point that they could potentially expand their barrel program and give us more Ananke in the future if they choose to.

As Scott and Jason will both agree to, it's whenever the beer is ready. No ETA... Remember how it took Peche'cus a while to be ready? However, I pray it's ready by June if not May.

Is this going to be a silent release like Pechecus or does Ananke day trump the silent release.

Assuming what Scott wrote after SMABRD still holds, it'll be a formal release:

    http://blog.freetailbrewing.com/2013/10/08/the-future-of-freetail-bottle-releases-for-now/

That's not to say he won't hold some back/release some early via silent releases.

If I may add to the timeline, the 2010 release was in October (and it was in 12 oz bottles). They didn't release it in 2011 because, while still tasty, it didn't meet their standards. Consequently, it was released on draft only under the name Atê.

Anyone think of just emailing Scott to put an end to the speculation? He's always been more than helpful.

Doesn't the salado kriek bottle say this is the one of the last wild ales to be bottled at the original location? So ananake wouldn't be bottled until after the new location is finished and ready to go?
