Hi, was wondering how this beer cellars and specifically what age does to it.

I've got a bottle of it on the way and will probably drink it fresh but was wondering whether this is optimal. On the one hand it's a DIPA, on the other hand it's Belgian, aged in Chardonnay and has Brett.

Yeah I've seen that on the shelves here and i keep meaning to grab a bottle or to for the very same reason. Not sure how long this beer as been available to people, but i am very curious to see wait time does.

Only just seeing it show up around here, so no idea on the cellar aspect, but it's a damn fine beer. It is considered an IPA, and there is a nice hop presence right now. May fade with time, or could turn into something awesome.

I'm in the minority of people who didn't find this beer especially amazing fresh (much preferred Whiteout Wit and Lovebuzz), but I can see how it could be interesting in some time. The hops kind of overpowered the barrel complexities, in my experience, so perhaps I'd like it more after a while. It's so expensive, though, that I'm not going to pay for that gamble. :slight_frown:
