Just saw this on my favorite 140-character social media platform: Anchorage Brewing will be hiring a new brewer Anyone know anything about this? Sounds like good news to me!
Not an expansion. Their OWN brewhouse. Supposed to be finished in November according to past Facebook posts, I believe. Cant wait for this!
I guess I mis-phrased it as I was aware they were using someone else's space up until now. Still, I'd consider it an expansion of sorts, as I assume they'll likely have more capacity... Great development for a great brewery!
I heard the asst brewer left to be the head brewer at King Street. So the help wanted may not be directly tied to the new brewery construction. This is all good news for Anchorage beer drinkers!
