So I picked up two from these guys while in Louisiana. Galaxy White IPA and Bitter Monk Double IPA with Brett. Both were fantastic with the Bitter Monk really being a homerun! Anyone had any of their others? Basically all of their beers have had great reviews. Any word of them making it to Texas anytime soon? Going to have to get my Granny to mule me some from LA when she comes for the wedding. Is that cruel????
I doubt they'll be here any time soon. As far as I know its a one person operation. We're not likely to get small breweries like that anytime soon unless some more laws change. If you can find it I recommend love buzz saison
You're 1/2 wrong. It's a 2 man operation, he recently hired another brewer Yeah, that $7000 license fee kills any chance of us seeing small brewers like this.
I knew you would love Bitter Monk. I had my one time experience with it almost two years ago and still remember the taste.

love buzz is my favorite with bitter monk a close second, Tide and its takers is also well done. I have a bitter monk in the fridge and will probably crack it today!
Won't come to Texas anytime soon to the fact they are distributed by the Shelton Bros. Unless there is the off chance they kept some distro rights like Prairie. Cheers
