Ancient Ales Temperature

    I have this bomber of Dogfish Head Ta Henket, and I'd like advise on the right drinking temp.
    Since it's based on a 4,000 year old brew, and I don't have a TARDIS to go back and check on how the Pharaohs' served it! Thanks!

    First off, it's not going to be verifiably similar to anything the Egyptians brewed. So I wouldn't worry about that. Second of all, I would probably open it at around 50-55 degrees F.
