Spoke to someone at the brewpub this morning - he said they were down to ~2 dozen bottles on hand around opening time, but that there was apparently a whole pallet more offsite that was supposed to make its way to the pub tomorrow.

They were out this afternoon, though -- friend asked for one and was told there weren't any. Still, he's bringing me a growler of Benediction, so we're good.

I wonder if they will hold some back to drink on-premesis.

I still think they'll sell out the first day.

I was able to get bottles around closing time last night so there are likely still bottles today. Sorry all for the initial scare.

And by this I meant, sorry for getting your hopes up that Beatification had trade value now.

Well, it's finally disappeared from the website bottle list. I'm really gonna miss those bottle-mule threads.

Try the new batch of RR IPA. They have been playing with the recipe lately and it is very good.

Why would it hit distribution though if they can sell out of it at the brewery and make all the money themselves? I just hope next time they keg a bunch of it and have it at the brewery for a month or something like that.

    kegs would be awesome!

as far as distro, thats just a guess. i doubt they made all that much more. its a much less a hassle to send it into distro and collect th cash right? they arent hurtin for business at the brewpub thats for sure.

True that they aren't hurting for business, but it's better to have all sales go through the brew pub since that increases the chances of people buying food or other things while they're picking up bottles.

And they may not want to distribute it so we don't see the nonsense that comes along with special, rarer releases when they are released in bottle shops.
