Angry Chair (2020)

How often does BA show up in the online shop? I've checked dozens of times over the past few days and never seen a bottle of BA anything for sale... I am likely going to end up grabbing a Puffs set but if I have to proxy the whole thing it would be nice to get a BA bottle as well. I've drank quite a bit of Angry Chair but none of their barrel stuff yet

 

This was the first time and they posted it all over social media a few hours beforehand.

 

they haven’t dropped any silent bottles in the webshop. They haven’t really even used the webshop up until recently. Crowlers they have done some “silent” BA drops but you would just have to check at 7pm when it goes live

 

Thanks, I've talked to a couple of people about it and have the process figured out I think. All this COVID shit has kind confused everything. I'd never even proxy'd before all this happened.

 

I picked up yesterday and cracked it open. BA Double Stuffed Fudge Bucket sits comfortably at the table with BA Cupcake and BA Rocky Road! The chocolate jumps out at you when you pop the bottle. Its smooth milk chocolate and fudge throughout with vanilla and barrel on the back end. As it warms you get barrel on the front end, but this is a chocolate fudge bomb. Easily one of the best BA chocolate beers. AC put out another banger!

 

Have you had the prior iteration, BA Fudge Bucket w/ vanilla bean? And if so, how would you compare?

 

I haven't had FB w/ Vanilla so I can't compare, but this is so good!

 

I haven’t had BA DS fudge but BA with vanilla was one of my favorite AC beers I’ve ever had

 

I'm a huge fan of their nutty stouts, but it was definitely one of their better in your face pastry stouts, which they obviously excel at already.

Definitely feeling the jealousy on this Double Stuffed, probably going to have to seek it out.

 

They've been pretty good at announcing stuff going on sale. You just have to check their social media( Facebook or IG)

They want every top tier brewery to give them beer to sell on the site.... When beer gets on Tavour its because the brewery or distributor cant sell through it. So they wholesale it to Tavour.

 

WTF kind of weird to pull AC into that, being a long distance MadTree homer I even find that stupid.

 

That axis mundi is really good, but that’s a really stupid and unnecessary comparison by tavour.

curious as well. one of the regular bartenders was particularly unpleasant and ive overheard him saying numerous inappropriate things about patrons. just surf their google/yelp reviews and youll find a string of complaints.
