New England Homebrew Jamboree. All homebrew, all proceeds to make a wish foundation. Held the Saturday after Labor Day every year, 19th annual this year!

At a camp ground, easy to stay!

You can't deny the awesomeness of great taste (I will acknowledge the wait/chance to get tickets is a huge negative) but every other beer fest I've been to just never seems to go as smooth as great taste. Maybe that's because I haven't been to any outside the Midwest though.

BTW I still have an extra ticket to great taste this year if you find yourself in Madison on the second Saturday in August. Cuz im cool like that :sunglasses:

Tailspin Ale Festival, in late January/Early Feb, and Brew At the Zoo in August, both in Louisville. Tailspin is new at only 2 years old, but it's been great.

I love Avery's Strong Ale Fest. All beers must be above 8%. Usually takes place in April.

Of course, the GABF around September. But I cannot recommend enough the Big Beers and Barleywines Festival in Vail around the beginning of January.

All of Tampa Bay Beer Week, but specificallly Hunahpu's Day. Any of the 4 festivals at Cajun Cafe On The Bayou in Pinellas Park FL. Great Vibe, Selection, and Food, all without the huge crowds. Basically no wait ever for any beer
