Another Averagely Perfect Brew?

    All good points, the contested nature of the brew could yield interesting results.

    On the other hand I think it would be nice to see some trappist representation as well in the series. Perhaps a trippel would be a bit too bland for the polling, much like the weiss. If people went the trappist route a dubbel/quad could be interesting.

    It could be interesting, but I'm not sure whether I'd call the midpoint of a bunch of related-but-basically-distinct styles like traditional 60 Shilling and Americanized Wee Heavy an "averagely perfect" anything per se. It'd be like combining a juicy NEIPA, a 20th century session bitter and a barrel-aged stock ale in an attempt to find an "average" IPA recipe. If we were going to go Scottish / Scotch then it'd maybe make more sense to pick a specific interpretation first?

    I do kind-of want to brew a barrel aged DDH session bitter now, though.
