Another Fishing LIF!

So I just won Match1112's fishing LIF and figured why not start it right up again without wasting any time!

In the picture you will see the first striped bass I caught from the surf in my life (pic was taken a few years ago). Fished many many days for them to finally be rewarded with what was an awesome fight from this fish.



I kinda want to do this a little differently since my last LIF didn't last too long, hopefully it works out well.

Open only to the continental US.
Would like the winner to start an LIF in the near future however if you don't its no big deal.

1. Guess the length of the fish. We can go down to 1/4's of an inch if you'd like. I will keep this open until tomorrow at 7pm est at which point I will take the closest 10 participants. One guess per person.

2. Those 10 participants will then have 24 hours (7pm est Wednesday) to guess the time that the fish was caught. No seconds, just hour and minutes. I will then take the closest 5 participants. One guess per person. (EDIT: Lets do 24 hours from the time I post the 10 closest)

3. Once I name the closest 5 participants the first participant to guess the correct bait/lure used to catch the fish will win. Everyone will get one guess and then reset. No post from me is needed to reset, but please try and play fair.

Winner will receive a box yet to be determined. We get pretty good distro here in Philly and I have some pretty decent items on hand so I'd like to see where the lucky winner is located then go from there.
