another new brewery

    I called them insane regarding the idea of a brewery in sacred heart. I would love for them to be another olvalde but unfortunately there seem to be more fultons coming out olvaldes. I was merely wondering about certain decisions they are making.

    I am curious to know if these people are opportunistic business people or beer people that acknowledge that brewing is best done done by people with professional experience rather than a couple home brewers that are discontent with their current .

    Dave- I am interested to here what someone like you that has decades of experience in the industry feels the saturation point is on the local market. I keep hearing that we have so far to go till we have the numbers tart Denver Seattle and Portland. I don't know of we can sort the hundreds that those do
