i am heading up next month and plan on stopping by bellavista to try and pick up case(s) of russian river. is it safe to say that buying cases there is the cheapest way to buy russian river (and others)? if not, does anyone have ay other suggestions.
Buying cases is far and away the cheapest way for bottles that are otherwise only sold as singles (usually bombers, but RR is all 375ml now). You may want to shop around a bit. Damnation is everywhere, but you should be able to find Consecration, Salvation, Redemption and possibly Tempt and Supp as well. They don't ship their IPAs here in bottles.
Sanctification recently arrived as well. The price was about 10 bucks per bottle when purchasing a case. The cases(wild ales) don't normally sit on the shelves long from what I have noticed.
origlio is the distributor for russian river in sepa. bella vista sometimes has cases, but not always. i'd definitely call around some
Just an FYI, Origlio does not sell retail, just to other distributors/bars/shops and they won't be helpful if you call looking for Pliny. RR's old site had a list of places to buy it, but I haven't checked their new site for that. I'm sure it's still there.
