    I could convincingly craft a top-5 list from any country... except Belgium. That's like asking me to choose a favorite 5 out of my 1,000 children! I'll give it the ol' college try, though.

    These are probably the 5 I drink the most of nowadays:
    Cuvee Van de Keizer Blauw
    Pannepot
    Orval
    Cantillon Gueuze
    Maredsous Brune

    But I could easily put 100 more up in that list as comparable favorites.

    Fruit Lambic: Cantillon Lou Pepe Kriek
    Dubbel: Westvleteren 8
    Gueuze: Drie Fontein Oude Gueuze
    Quadrupel: Rochefort 10
    Tripel: Straffe Hendrik Brugse Tripel 9°
