Any BAs going to Electric Forest?

Been there before but won't be going this year.

 

first year i wont be making it and it absolutely kills me! what makes it suck so bad is the first two years i went vip and got to see everything i wanted to see smack dab in the front row. last year i even drank an abt 12 with hollingsworth when i seen him driving thru vip on a golf cart and then that night got to meet hann while watching STS9 and drank some wine in a bag with him.. such an amazing time.

really going to miss it this year.. enjoy the hell out of that forest this year, its going to be amazing!

 

Meh....EFF will never be Rothbury.

 

yea we all miss the shit out of rothbury but EFF kind of came in and saved the day. yea i wish there was more jam and a few bigger names but they give you a solid lineup every year and that place is just too damn magical to not go.

i do think rothbury will come back one year.. and heres to hoping its next year!

 

Agree on the location for this, after attending Rothbury for two years and checking out several other festival's this has to be the best place to see a show. The Rothbury line-up was always solid, The Dead, Widespread Panic, Stringcheese Incident all headlining. Yonder Mountain and other good bluegrass during the day; then Lotus and Sound Tribe Sector 9 in the late evening can't be beat. I'm sure EFF is awesome but just too many DJ's for my taste...

 

thats what i thought my first year but there is still a ton of great music aside from the djs. even at night when most of the djs are playing you can always find something you wont mind listening to. i even found that djs arent as bad as you think. maybe it just has to do with it being live and at an awesome venue but it really wasnt bad at al and i enjoyed literally everything ive seen.

but for me 3 nights of front row cheese is well worth the price of admission.
