Man, I swear. Marin County has ZERO BA representation. Every time I post it's like we have the plague. I know it's a few weeks out, but ANYONE?
Personally, I dislike events like this that don't list what beers the breweries are bringing. Sure breweries like Drakes, Bear Republic, & Firestone make amazing beers but for all I know it will be Drakes Hefe, Racer 5, and 805 which I wouldn't go even if it was a free event. Some of those better small breweries like Cellarmaker, Faction, & Fieldwork have little or no distro and are local there so if this event was to be in SoCal I'm sure this would get more love than it is there. At least 47 people are going says their facebook event
Hopefully it's because they support the cause and/or want to drink beer, not because they think it's a titty show.
I would be going but I will be out of town that day. I'm sure it will be well attended in general, but too bad Bay Area BAs don't support Marin events and breweries/bars better. Somehow people manage to go through Marin County to get to Santa Rosa but Marin destinations seem too difficult.
