    Making a Martini with anything less than 3 Oz of gin is a crime, even two Oz is nothing. At home mine are Like 3-4 and I don’t like Vermouth so I’m kinda like Squire I’m all gin. Good call on the rocks there, I’ll try that next time out.

    that is something I am learning, I know nothing I have read a few of the books and it just makes me want to learn more. I eventually want to own a brewery.

    Dream big and giv 'er! For myself being a brewer was never really my dream. I just like product testing and learning history etc. I don't work in the business very much other than doing the odd tasting, it's pretty much just a hobby and bragging rights of having over 1000 bottles in my cellar. :stuck_out_tongue:
