I would go with either Wellingtons Wine Bar or Bar Bocce. They are both located right next to each other. Wellingtons Wine Bar mainly focuses on wine but they have a decent bottle selection comprised mostly of Euro offerings. They have a nice outside seating area overlooking the water. Bar Bocce is a good restaurant that has a few craft tap handles Pretty sure they always have Racer 5. They also have a bocce bar court overlooking the water. There is also the No Name Bar on Bridgeway (Sierra is probably their best) or Smittys on Caledonia (dive bar with shuffleboard and Lagunitas IPA). Golden Gate Market on the south end of Bridgeway sells Pliny in bottles.
