I just got one bottle each of Vielle and Surette, I've had each before and think they're both great. Normally I would just drink them now and not think about it, but Goose Island's Sophie is one beer that I think absolutely improves with age, and I think these two beers are somewhat similar to Sophie. The difference being that I think the Crooked Stave beers start out much better than Sophie does. But if they further improved like Sophie does, I think it would be worth the wait. Has anyone aged either of these beers any?

Never any crooked stave saisons but I have yet to have any saison with less than a year on it that I didn't like. You should be fine aging it for a shorter time.

Surette is a good candidate for aging. I recently opened a batch 9 and batch 7 that were great! The oldest I've got laying around is a batch 2 375 ml and a Surette Reserva 750 ml.

Surette is a great beer. Most of Crooked Stave beers are meant to be callared.

I opened an Oculus recently and it was fantastic.

I would drink Vielle sooner than later. Most batches of Surette have tasted great with a year plus on them.

I recently had fist batch versions of both Surette and Vielle and they're doing quite nice. In fact, the older Vielle was preferable even side-by-side with a current one.

Thanks for all the replies everyone. It was kind of a dumb question because I love these beers and rarely get them, so I doubt I'll be able to hold on to them for any length of time, but its good to know that I can.
