Any good bottle shops in Newark

    I recently started working in Newark and was hoping for some suggestions on decent liquor stores in the area.

    Not really in Newark, but some of the best places nearby that you will find are Stew Leonard's in Clifton on rt. 3, Angelbeck's and Amanti Vino in Montclair are both really good (they are both primarily wine shops, so their beer selections are small but primarily only craft stuff).. Also the Total Wine in West Orange has a decent selection and a lot of singles. Driving just a little further, you should def. check out Wine and Beverage Depot in Totowa on rt. 46, Gary's Wine in Wayne on rt. 23 is just like a few more minutes from Wine and Bev, and Wine Library in Springfield..
