Any good Canadian micro-breweries out there?

    The only Canadian breweries that I'm familiar with are the obvious ones. Molson, Labatt's, Moosehead etc.

    I'm not sure of the brewery as a whole, but Driftwood Fat Tug is exceptional.

    Terrible is really freaking delicious, bought a bottle just on the cool looking bottle for only 9 bucks and was very happy I did

    I've only had one beer from Flying Monkeys but it was enough to show me they are a legit craft brewery.

    The semantics of "micro" when used in the beer world have evolved to mean roughly the same thing as "craft."

    I visited Nova Scotia a few years ago and found lots of gems from Canadian breweries. Garrison Imperial IPA, Propeller ESB, and was floored by a gastropub called Hart & Thistle that had some great stuff. That's not counting things like Peche Mortel and Red Racer which are known to be solid beers.
