Have been prepping to brew a FR of sorts and have been reading up and eliciting advice here on BA, but now the time is drawing near and I think there may be a few tweaks left.

8 gal batch...5 going into a 5 gal oak barrel after primary fermentation, 1.058 OG
WLP-665 no starter to give the lacto/pedio/brett a good head start
15 # GW Pacific NorthWest Pale Ale Malt
    2# Flaked Wheat
    1# Aromatic
    1# Caravienne
4 oz Midnight Wheat (12.9 SRM)
Some kinda fruit @ 6 months if it's not too thin by then...help me out, here
    1 oz Celeia @ 30 and 1 oz Celeia @ 15 (10.7 IBU)
I subbed the flaked wheat in for flaked corn based on a recommendation from Jeff Sparrow in the Jan/Feb 2007 "How-To-Homebrew" magazine (byo)

anyway...no corn or pils and vienna...5 gal going into barrel with ~2.5-3 gal for makeup/blending

    recommendations/opinions/diatribes accepted graciously
Thanks already to barfdiggs to even get this far

Try blueberries. Had a blueberry flanders from Perrenial that was one of the best beers I've had in a while.

Edit: It was actually blueberries and raspberries.
