There is the Nashville Beer Fest. Worked it the first year and was a disaster. I'm sure they've worked the kinks out though. If looking for something to do and want to try basically flagship beers, it should be fine. If you haven't had some of the local stuff it would be a good place to try their goods but doubt there will be anything "special" there
