Just wondering if anyone knows of bottle shops in the Cleveland area that carry Three Floyds. I checked Beer Menus and the only one that came up was at Charlie's Beverage and it was just Dreadnaught. Thanks!

Warehouse Beverage tends to get some fairly regularly. I haven't been paying attention lately, but about a month ago they had a bunch of dreadnaught and APW, and even got some zombie dust too when that wave hit Ohio. Best bet would be to call and ask them.

Royal Park in Strongsville, World Wines in North Olmsted, and Simones in Lakewood tend to be my usual starting points for FFF and Circle A in North Royalton had Dreadnaught over the weekend but its gone now.

101 Bottles in Kent, OH is having an event on April 10th. I don't know if it has been mentioned before. Zombie Dust will be there.

Jinx proof is at the mini mart in Lakewood. Have seen it at other places as well. Brian Boru is at north coast and world of beer. There is also a shitload of zombie dust in my fridge. :stuck_out_tongue:

Honestly, I have no idea. I only found out about it from my search for KBS during March. I've spoken to the manager, Amanda, a great deal because I tried calling during slow hours. She was extremely helpful and nice, but I know nothing about their selection. Hopefully, I'll be checking out the place next week and drinking some hoppy beers. Zombie Dust, Nugget Nectar, Hopslam, and Gubna among others.

Gubna is all over Cleveland. NN is still available at some places. I've been curious about that store.

I forgot to mention, I think it's all draft at the event. They have about 20 beers on tap from what I can see in pictures. 92 rating on here from 25 reviews, sounds good.

bottles 101 has a good selection, but their prices are higher than basically everyone else in the area and the staff never seems to be very friendly or helpful. It doesn't seem to hurt them, but that could be because they've got a cold room full of keystone and natty and are right across the street from Kent State.

I have found the bar staff to be pretty good, but yea, the guys in the bottle shop are indifferent on their best day. Still worth the trip if you're in the area.

    Hi Fellas,

My name is Justin, and I am the owner of 101 Bottles of Beer on the Wall in Kent Ohio. I read your posts and was hoping to take a moment to address your concerns:

First let me start by apologizing if you have experienced "Indifference or lack of friendliness" from my staff. I promise you that is not how we strive to be, and your posts have already been forwarded to every employee at 101 Bottles. Please know I/we take your comments very seriously, and that is not the type of service in which 101 Bottles was founded upon some 17 years ago. I preach customer service constantly, but still sometimes, the message falls short. We will do better.

As far as our pricing, please understand nearly 80% of our product is at state minimum. (25% mark-up). However, it is an expensive proposition to house over 700 different beers, and we are not a grocery store in which we have 9000 other products from which to offset low margins. Therefore, on a select number of products, (typically highly allocated products), we try to "squeak out" an extra 50 or 75 cents. I promise this is not done to gouge, but on the contrary, it is done out of necessity in order to make our unusual business model fiscally viable. I hope you understand. In addition, our draft prices are extremely reasonable.

If you ever have a less than desirable experience at 101 Bottles, or even an "Indifferent one," please do not hesitate to contact us via Facebook , and we will respond to your concerns immediately.

    Sincerely,

    Justin Clemens
