Making my third batch today, a black IPA with NZ hops! (Galaxy for bittering, Simcoe and Pacifica, late hopping with more Galaxy, then dry hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe.) Gotta have some Kendrick going while I brew too, really loving this new album. Who else out there is enjoying the hobby today?
I brewed an IPA. Pale Malt, touch of crystal 15, and some sugar. Mashed for 4 hrs at 148, was working while mashed. Bitter with Nelson and bombed it last 10 minutes with Simcoe and Amarillo total of 6 oz. I will dry hop with both 2oz each. You'll love the galaxy hops. My favorite.
