I don't understand why anybody would sell this if they were even being remotely successful. They're either giving this business away to quickly pursue their new venture or, using even the most basic/barebones of business valuation, it means the EBITDA is only in the area of ~$17,000. Could be worse but it would be interesting to see this place's financials.

"you have a warehouse full of something that sucks, you have a guaranteed POS." chris farley

its not like you're gonna be selling Russian River and Stone beer in the near future. you have a warehouse full of crap and pallets of drain pour for your 50K!

"Sale includes all (FFE) fixtures and inventory, contracts, personnel, brands and vendor management."

I guess they are selling people too. There are a lot of movies that start out this way and towards the end Jason Statham always seems to jump out of a moving car and kick someone's ass.

They "hand-craft" the beer in the bottles, people! #whalez

To be clear, nothing against Aftershock. This is a judgment of whoever wrote that awful copy.

No profitable business would sell for $51,000. It has to be something up. I would guess the guy is doing something illegal and needs to get out before he gets busted, or he owes someone about $75,000 and they are threatening to break his knees if he doesn't pay. If not that then there is something wrong. 2,000 square feet for a warehouse is on the small side. and then the offices are just as big as the warehouse area. This is not a good formula. Too much space devoted to office, not enough for bringing in product.

it says 300 accounts. Typically that means that he sells beer to 300 people. There is nothing about how many breweries/wineries he distributes for. To my knowledge, you want accounts about double that to really get into sustainability.

I think the moral of this one is probably "if it is too good to be true, it probably is"

Someone attempted to sell a brewery that wasn't their own? This is a new one.
