My next batch will be a German hefeweizen. Unfortunately, I still working out the details... With any luck though, I'll bottle my two 5-gallon batches of Czech pils that have been lagering for the last month or so.

Hey that looks quite similar to what I called a "West Coast Bitter" I brewed 10 days ago... http://hopville.com/recipe/1173638/special-best-premium-bitter-recipes/west-coast-bitter (based off of BA's recipe a year and a bit ago & Mad Fermentationist's Vienna IPA)

As for brewing, dry hopped my Amarillo Wheat yesterday, and I need to step up my ECY Brett as I will be pitching it into a carboy of wort that the local brew club is getting made at our only microbrewery on Sunday. A day of watching a pro use his equipment! Awesome!

Attempting to culture Lacto from greek yogurt tonight to pitch into 4 gallons of American Blonde that got infected with something. I am also pitching a few Lacto, Pedio, Brett blends I have into it as well as some French Oak cubes. I will add fresh Apricots in the Summer when they are in season. Also adding 1# of dates to a session stout with orange and cinnamon that got infected that I put on my bug and Brett blends as well. Bottling the other half of the American Blonde that is still clean next weekend.

Nothing brewing for me, but hopefully my barleywine will finish up fermentation this weekend. Throw it in a keg, and maybe brew an APA next weekend.

Brewing a saison right now. Going to split it and add lemon zest and ginger to one half and dry hop the other half. Also going to make a sweet mead after I get done with this brew.

I made a Berliner Weisse yesterday using a step mash with a decoction and mash hopped it with no sparge and no boil... Interested to see how that turns out but it looks like the lacto is already starting to go at it (going to pitch kolsch yeast tomorrow).

Mashed in a Flanders Red about 30 minutes ago. I was going to try to brew a double header with the second batch being a tripel, but got a late start. Ah well, that will be next weekend's batch.

My all Fuggles is in the kettle with 30 minutes left in the boil. In 10 minutes I'll add 2 oz's of Fuggles, then another at flameout.
