Anyone Cell Counting?

    You got it! Sorry for assuming this was just a homebrewing curiosity on your part and suggesting not focusing on cell counting to that end. I hope you understand it was more of a practical suggestion (albeit misguided) on my part than a cynical / negative one. Good luck with your journey becoming an excellent commercial brewer!

    Another method of counting without a microscope is the pour plate method. Basically you make a series of serial dilutions and plate them out till you get a plate with a countable amount of colonies on it. Then you can calculate back to how many organisms or cells were in the original sample. I use this method everyday at work.
