Just wondering if anyone just opened an enjoy after for the hell of it to see what it's like without the carbonation. It was a hard to get bottle here (I guess I could have gotten more than one), but with one bottle I'm not going to risk it. Still would be interested to know what it's like "pre carbonation".

I opened my Enjoy After the day after I bought it. I seriously couldn't wait. I tell you this, I thought it was refreshing as a Brett. It reminded me like a saison. Overall, I enjoyed it. I have another one and I guess I'll wait to open it.

I bought 2, one I drank. It was carbonated but the flavor seemed very disjointed. It will be interesting to see how the other one develops over the next year or so

I opened the first one once stone said to. Tasted like you would imagine, brett, grassy, spicy esters. Something like Galaxy White is probably better. For the price and aging process I would probably just buy a good spicy Belgian strong pale, like Lost Abbey Inferno.

    Yeah - I didn't wait - I have no cellar and no will...

This look pre-carbonated? lol - I'm not sure what they meant by that - this beer had plenty of head and fizz.

I liked it - tasted like a citrusy farmhouse ale with a little brett funk rounding off the edges - real nice.

    Cheers

That's a lot of head for a beer that wont' be carbonated for nearly another year, lol

    Mine is "up" on 10/31/15.

Looking forward to trying it. Maybe a gimmick by Stone, but what the hell. They make beer drinking fun.
