Anyone else having massive fed ex problems?

    Never had a problem till today...have 2 boxes , both blank on invoice, reference, PO DEPT and ship. One of them gave me the a Tracking NUMBER from a YEAR ago. Just the weirdest thing ive seen with shipping. TECH support said there's a massive problem lately, then got transferred to billing and she said that I was double billed, but she cant see my act info to reverse charges so I have to fill a form out. Wondering if anyone else has any issues lately. more specifically did you walk into a fed ex and ship today and feel like everything is normal?

    One of mine was flat out re-routed, no explanation, no delivery exception or anything. Went straight back to my sender. It landed today, so I guess I will be able to sort it out tonight. But yes, I've been having problems. Switching back to UPS till I figure out what is going on.

    I dropped FEDEX for UPS a long time ago. I loved my FEDEX delivery guy, they just openned and returned too many packages.

    UPS has been stellar, I have even qualified for a better rate with the volume I have been shipping.

    Invent a business name and sign up as a business, they treat you right.

    Fedex must be having serious problems...

    I sent out a package last week for a buddy's bday, it was delivered Monday to be held at the Fedex facility for pick-up & when he went to go get it they said the package wasn't there. I investigated, called customer service & the location it was supposed to be held at. Neither of them knows why the package was "refused" (even the employee that signed for it) or why it's now en route to me especially since they're supposed to hold packages for up to a week! I called customer service again trying to reroute it to his house & they couldn't do that. Spoke with Fedex revenue to make sure I don't get charged for THEIR MISTAKE & they said they can't do anything about it until it's invoiced, 5-7 days later at which point I'll have to call for another headache..

    all I got was a "sorry" & bday box will have to be a belated bday box :flushed:
