2014 review of a dunkelweizen I didn’t like. That beer in question is now one of my current favorites

 

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Brown Ale from Cigar City was my first rewiew.
Nice idea for a thread however, I agree with @RaulMondesi about the title,
I was expecting something different.

No. But then I can barely remember yesterday. The earliest beer in my records is Maudite from Jan 4, 2005 when I rated it as "OK". That was when I was keeping a checklist of every "new" beer. I later used these checklists to establish the database I still use although I've added a column for "My BA Rating". That column has a lot of holes as beers and breweries are defunct.

 

My first review was Three Floyd's Mild ale back in 2007. I don't think Three Floyds even brews that one any longer which is a shame as I was very good.
