    Hi,
Does anyone have a solid hoppy pale ale or IPA wet hop recipe for fresh Cascades? I am on year 4 of my bines, and there are several pounds ready be picked. I plan to brew later this week. I used an awesome recipe I was sent on this forum last year, even converted it to pellets over the winter. Just looking for something new and different!
If anyone can provide an all-grain malt bill and hopping schedule, I'd appreciate it.
    Thanks!
    Miller.

No reason this couldn't be all cascade

Twas one of my top six. I'll make it again (no changes, unless it's changing the hops due to availability) if I can get more fresh hops this year.

Water sulfate rich with a low pH

    80% 2-row
    10% Vienna
    10% Wheat
    Mashed for dryness

FWH with whatever (storebought) to a reliable BU:GU ratio of 1
Throw the wet hops in at knockout (all you can fit in the kettle)

    Ferment cool with something clean
