Anyone here tried a ZD clone?

    Swamp cooler it is then. Is keeping it cool for 3-4 days the general rule or should I be aiming at keeping it in that range for the entire primary?

    Alright I'll keep it cool. Did you do the extract or the AG recipe? I'm reading now that the extract is actually more of a partial mash? I'm getting nervous again.......

    I let it free rise once fermentation slows down. As far as partial mash goes, Google "how to brew" by John Palmer.

    Going to check it out in the morning. Found a pretty good thread about it on another homebrew site full of photos. Pretty helpful actually.

    Thanks for all your responses btw. I don't know why I'm letting myself get so stressed out over this batch.

    I brewed the extract version of this HBT recipe, and I think whoever developed it has it nailed. It is delicious and pretty damn close to what I remember the real Zombie Dust tasting like.
