I've been trying to call the hotel I booked a room for the shorts anniversary party for three days and no one picks the phone up. I need to change my reservation date. Someone want to drive by there and see if the place burned down or something? The hotel is The Bellaire Inn.
what you do is call the company that owns the hotel and complain. maybe you will see complimentary suite! 3 days and no answer is pretty ridiculous, and having a complimentary suite to invite other BAs to for a bottle share is also pretty ridiculous...ly awesome!
I just sent them an email. Also trying to find another number/email address. I'm pretty pissed. They picked up right away when I called a week ago. After about 15 rings a voice says.... "memory is full. enter the remote access code"
