Anyone know jaschais personally?

At least you stuck him with a bottle of that Rogue Doughnut crap, that stuff is awful.

 

I completed a trade with jaschais. He must have been in a total frenzy because he sent me another box when I asked if he had received mine (I just wanted confirmation that everything was ok). I still owe him a box of locals for that second box (he gave me three options: a shipping label for return, keep it as a bonus, or send random locals). He seemed like a good dude to me; he included great extras. It's really too bad to hear everything unfolded the way it did here.

Edit: the original trade was a Surly Five for a Behemoth. He sent a Panzer and a ZD as extras the first time and a Dreadnaught and ZD the second time. I got the same excuse about losing his job. I wasn't able to respond before he sent the second box, though.

OP- If I still had the extras, I would gladly send the stuff to you (since that is part of what you were trading for). I will BM you.

On behalf of the community (I think I can easily put this out there for most) THANK YOU for actually outing this punk from the beginning. Hopefully you have forwarded a link for this thread to him, and due to his non-response, as well as the ability for the community to collaborate on a real discussion about the guy and all related experiences, we are all better off. I sincerely appreciate it.

 

I just stopped off at FFF on Thursday and picked up some ZD. I will be in OC around May 19th to pick up some allocations at the Bruery Provisions. If you want to meet up there I can give you a few ZD and I might have some Gumballhead (if I don't drink it all by then )

 

I am a personal friend of Milo Hop and Tasting partner as well. Milo has been nothing but MORE than generous with his trades in sharing with other BA's. Hope this works out brotha.

 

I also know "oldp0rt". good guy! Hope he can take care of this situation too.

I was owed a box from him for well over a month from a BIF. Last week he sent one and it just got delivered today. I'm at work right now but FedEx says it is sitting on my porch.

It looks like he's starting to catch up with obligations.

 

As I always say, Comuunication is KEY! I dont mind someone being late so long as they are communicating with you constantly and you can read the sincerity. But if its a once a week excuse...that kills me!

I sent him a box back in March and never received anything in return. I got the same excuses milohop got and then he stopped replying. I've sent multiple messages on ratebeer (where the trade was set up) and tried contacting him recently here. He hasn't logged on to either site in over a month. If anyone knows him and can help me out I would really appreciate it.
