    I'll venture a guess at the OP's question.

    Underrated -
    Reading the reviews I think JK loses some points for stretching the boundaries of individual styles. As I've scanned other breweries reviews, I think this affects them as well (some of Bullfrog's reviews come to mind).

    Highly Valued Trade -
    Flip-side of that same coin. I think JK is sought after because it streches the boundaries of individual styles. For me, I appreciate the experience of tasting something new, I think many others appreciate this same thing.

    The fact that Jeff has consistently been straightforward and responsive to everything, not only QC issues, regarding the brewery and brewery releases/events makes all the difference.

    I saw about 6 bottles at D&Q last night. Picked some Rye on Rye instead. Going back tomorrow and if she is still around I'll pick some up. Post how it drinks please sir.

    From the description on the website
    "The name “Mad Meg”, refers to a peasant woman from Flemish folklore, also known as “Dulle Griet” or “Dull Gret”, who leads an army of women to pillage hell. She’s famously depicted in Pieter Brueghel the Elder’s 1562 painting by the same name."
