I am wondering if bottles of Cigar City Kalevipoeg Baltic Porter ever made it to Miami,Fl recently? Anyone?

Im pretty sure that it was a brewery release only. Something like 1800 bottles, but I may be wrong

It was a single bottling to commemorate their 1000th batch I do believe, unless they've made it again recently

I know it wasn't brewery-only, as I remember buying it in a bottle shop. But in greater Tampa - I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't make it out of the local area.

I don't think it made it here, unfortunately.

This was a brewery only release, CCB has never released a barrel aged beer through distribution.

^^Yup, Gates of Hell was a brewery-only, barrel-aged Kalevipoeg release. The OP was asking about the base beer...which wasn't brewery-only.

Ah yes, I forgot about the base beer

The regular version was definitely not brewery only. I got a bottle at world of beer a while ago

I actually just stumbled across a shop that has about 5 of the originals still, probably because they want $15 each. They also have regular Roosevelt which I thought was brewery only and they want $18 for that.

I've heard of a place selling the Kalevipoeg for $25. Where are the selling the Roosevelt?

Roosevelt is a Swamp Head beer, CCB never sold any

Was there ever any distribution on Roosevelt or Church on a Hill. I can't recall ever seeing either in stores before now.

Roosevelt saw distribution in Gainesville if you can even call it that. It was at Gator Beverage after it was released and was on the shelf for a long time (it might still be? haven't checked in awhile).

Roosevelt was available at a few stores in Gainesville but I never saw more than a few bottles.

It was on the shelf for awhile at the price (16.99 I want to say) but it has been gone for probably 6 months.
