I am on my third batch with using Imperial Yeast and it is chugging along like crazy.

    Batches fermented so far

    1. Mosaic Smash IPA w/Barbarian A04
    2. Hard Cider with Citrus A20
    3. Heady Topper Clone w/Barbarian A04

I am planning on brewing a Wheat Wine, Barley Wine, Peanut Butter Porter, and a Quad or Dubbel over the next couple of months. I'm interested in hearing about experiences with different strains and how the beers turned out.

Brewed a NE IPA with the A20 Citrus. Turned out to be a juice bomb. I will be using this yeast many, many times and will be trying some others from them.

@readzeppelin I have not brewed with Imperial yeast yet but I would be interested in how your beers brewed with A04 turned out. In particular what was the attenuation amount using this yeast (e.g., OG and FG values)?

    Cheers!

Almost posted something on this the other day. They look/sound great. Pretty nice that they give you 200B cells compared to the usual 100B, and the little cans are good packaging. I will probably try the Citrus first but who knows. Too many good strains out there, not enough time

Truth. Same for grains. Same for hops. Same for combinations of grains, hops, and yeast strains. The burden of exploring this fun hobby just gets heavier and heavier.
