Anyone using this product? Wondering how long it takes to get strikewater to temperature or to get 13 to 15 gallons of wort to a boil. Interesting approach to move from propane to electric, but wondering what the tradeoffs might be in terms of time and process efficiency.

Not sure specifically what you are asking, but I'll point out that you'll need a 220 V / 30 A circuit for electric brewing on this scale to work well.

Specifically asking how long it takes for the 20 gallon boil coil to raise ten gallons of water to around 170 degrees or to get thirteen to fifteen gallons of wort to a boil.
